How long does it typically take to get a response from Hover tech support?

I'm a new Hover customer and I'm testing out this service before potentially transferring my client's domain names here.  I ran into a little issue with the DNS system so I submitted a support ticket on 8/15/2017.  It is now 8/18/2017 and I have yet to receive any type of reply.

Can anyone let me know if this is a common occurrence at Hover?   I would also be curious to know how your experience with technical support has been thus far.  Most registrar's I've used in the past have a response time of <24 hours.  

So far I've been impressed with the web site for the most part, but the lack of response to my first support ticket as a customer has me concerned.
