How to: Update email password

There are two ways to reset your Hover email password.

Reset email password through Hover account

  1. After signing into your Hover account, click on Your Account to select Emails.

  2. From the Emails section, you will see all of your active mailboxes through Hover. To update a specific account's password, click on Edit on the right side of your screen, followed by Edit password.

  3. By clicking Edit password, a pop-up window will appear and request your new password.
    Note: Passwords must include:
    • A minimum 10 characters in length
    • At least 1x number, symbol and capitalized letter

Resetting your email password through webmail

  1. Go directly to mail.hover.com, enter your email address and password and click Login to sign into webmail.

  2. From your inbox view, click on the Settings icon from your account's toolbar.

  3. From the Settings menu, click on Password, followed by Change Password.

  4. You will need to enter both your current password and updated password twice, followed by clicking Save to complete your password update.
    Note: Passwords must include:
    • A minimum 10 characters in length
    • At least 1x number, symbol and capitalized letter
