How to: Contact customer service from the Hover website

Our help centre is always available for helpful Hover guides and resources, but you can also contact our support team for real-time support. Hover's support team is available through phone and chat between 8am-8pm ET on weekdays and 12pm-5pm ET on the weekends.

Submit a help request via email

Note: Before submitting a help request, we would suggest signing in to your Hover account. The help request will be associated with your Hover account for our updates and your access.

  1. While signed in to your Hover account, click on Help.

  2. From help.hover.com, click on Submit a request.

  3. After clicking Submit a request, you will be prompted to submit a form outlining the request.

  4. Our support team will review your request and reply within 24 hours. To follow-up on the request, return to help.hover.com, and from your account menu, click on My activities.

  1. While signed in to your Hover account, and click on Need help.

  2. From the pop-up menu, click on Live chat to initiate a chat session with a live agent.
