Our help centre is always available for helpful Hover guides and resources, but you can also contact our support team for real-time support. Hover's support team is available through phone and chat between 8 am-8 pm ET on weekdays and 12 pm-5 pm ET on the weekends.

Submit a help request via email

Note: Before submitting a help request, we would suggest signing in to your Hover account. The help request will be associated with your Hover account for our updates and your access.

  1. While signed in to your Hover account, click on Help.

  2. From help.hover.com, select on Submit a request.

  3. You will be prompted to submit a form outlining the request.

  4. To monitor the request, return to help.hover.com, and from your account menu, choose My activities.
