Our help center is always available for helpful Hover guides and resources, but you can also contact our support team for real-time support. Hover's support team is available through phone and chat between 8 am-8 pm Eastern on weekdays and 12 pm-5 pm Eastern on the weekends.
Submit a help request via email
While you can reach out directly to Hover support by emailing us at email@example.com, we would suggest signing in to your Hover account. The help request will be associated with your Hover account for our updates and your access.
- While signed in to your Hover account, click Help.
- From help.hover.com, select Submit a request.
- You will be prompted to submit a form outlining the request.
- To monitor the request, return to help.hover.com, and from your account menu, choose My activities.
Speak with a live agent via chat
Hover's support team is available through phone and chat between 8 am-8 pm ET on weekdays and 12 pm-5 pm ET on the weekends.
- Go to Hover.com, in the bottom right corner there is a chatbox where you can type in your message.
- Input your name and email address as well as your phone number.
Note: The phone number is optional.
- Please submit a brief but detailed summary and select Start chatting.
