Troubleshooting Hover email on your iPhone or iPad (Updated Aug, 2015)
If you can receive mail on your iPhone or iPad, but you cannot send, follow these steps to check that your settings are correct.
3. Tapyour email account.
4. Tap your email account again.
5. In the Incoming Mail Server section, make sure that Host Name is set to mail.hover.com.
The User Name is your email address and Password is your email password.
7. Tap the Primary Server.
8. Make sure that your configuration is the same as what you see here, except that User Name should be your own email address.
The most common mistake is not completing the User Name and Password fields; they are not optional.
