Mail server settings for email clients
Hover mailboxes can be used with email clients like Outlook or Apple Mail on your computer or smartphone. We support IMAP or POP connection. All you need is the correct password for the email address and our mail server settings for configuration.
Note: This applies to our small or big mailboxes. Our email forwarding services can not be used with mail clients.
Test to see if you have the correct password by logging into webmail. If your password fails, you can update your email password.

If the email server settings provided in this article do not work to connect your chosen email client software, then this will require reaching out to that third party’s support directly for further troubleshooting with their product.
