"the domain name is locked (this tutorial will show you how to unlock your domain name)"

I don't see anywhere in this tutorial how to unlock my domain. Was this bullet point suppose to link to an additional tutorial?

So what do I do after I know who's the reseller? Ask for my LogIn ID? Because I can't log in with my domain name and password, which is all I've got.

Yep, that's right you should contact the reseller in order to gain access to the account where your domain is managed.
