Recover a lost username or password

If you have forgotten your username or password, follow the steps below to have a secure password reset link sent to the email address associated with your Hover account.  If you do not know the email address associated with your Hover account or it is out of date, please contact Hover Customer Service at help@hover.com or by phone at 1- 866-731-6556 for assistance.

  1. Click here to go directly to our password reset page at https://www.hover.com/signin/forgot_password
  2. Enter the username or email address associated with your Hover account in the text box and then click on Submit.


     
  3. An Email sent confirmation message will be displayed to confirm that the email has been sent.

  4. You will receive an email in a few minutes with a link to reset your password, as pictured below:



    Click on the link in the email message to reset your account password.
  5. Enter a new password for your Hover account in both text boxes then click Continue.

  6. Your password has been reset.  You will be logged into the Activity section of your Hover account.
