This process did not work for me. When I checked my mailbox there was no button on the right named Add. I don't own a domain name just purchase a private mailbox using the domain russo.com. Is upgrading that mailbox an option
Hey Robert, it looks like the information on this page may be a little outdated, we will be sure to get that taken care of soon. to get you switched over to Mail Plus, choose the "Upgrade" option on the right hand side of your screen just about your renewal date and add the upgrade there. Our support team can give you a hand if you like.
Hello, how long for the upgrade to effective? is it instant and I can use the webmail right away or do I need to wait a while? Thank you.
Looks like you currently have a forward only mailbox, which is a separate email service all together. You can't upgrade a forward only to mail plus. I can see that you have purchased a mail plus account, so if you want to use the same email address as your forward only address, you'll have to first delete the forward only address and then set up the mail plus mailbox. To do that, click on the "Add New" button and select the mail plus you purchased to set up the new mailbox.
You have to first delete the forward only though, other wise the system will say the mailbox already exists.
