No Hassle Renewals

Our "No Hassle" renewal feature will allow you to renew a domain or email address in Hover with no log in or access to the Hover user account required. This is useful if you have forgotten your log in credentials and need to renew right away to get your services back online, or if you want to renew for a friend or family member.

To renew a domain or personal email without logging into your Hover account, please follow these steps:

  1. Load in your web browser.
  2. Enter the domain name or personal email address you wish to renew in the text box (enter multiple domains separated by a space), then click CHECK DOMAIN.

  3. Select the number of years you wish to renew the domain for from the drop- down menu under the Term heading. Then click + to add the renewal to your shopping cart.

  4. When you've finished adding items to your shopping cart, click CHECKOUT.

  5. On the next page, pictured below, you can change the renewal term of any items in your shopping cart from the Term drop-down menu. When you're ready to proceed, click CONTINUE.
  6. You can choose to check our using your credit card or PayPal account by selecting the appropriate radio button.  If PayPal is selected, you will be redirected to a PayPal log in page to authorize the transaction.

    Enter your billing details and then scroll down and click CONTINUE.

  7. Put a checkmark in the box indicating that you agree to the Hover terms of service, then click Finish.

  8. Your renewal is now complete. An Order ID will be displayed at the top of the page, as well as a link to a full invoice if you'd like to print one for your records.

This is not a domain renewal. This is just an email renewal. I was signed up for the email account and it stopped working.

Hi Robert - you can enter an email address instead of a domain name and renew it online with this method. If your email still doesn't work, please give us a call so we can give you a hand.

I have just renewed my email accounts xxxxxx@xxxx.xxxx and the emails incoming are no longer being sent to my phone or live mail box. Also I can not send any just being told invalid account. Don't understand the NO Hassle Renewal all was working fine until I paid for another year!

Please can you help in solving this problem Thanks Philip

I just renewed a domain and received the email confirmation. However, it does not appear in the Recent Activity, there is no new invoice listed or available to print, and the renewal date listed did not update to the following year. Does it take a while for these things to change and be updated on your system (how long, if so?) or is there a problem that needs to be looked into and corrected by Hover? Who do I contact for help with getting this corrected, if so.
