What payment methods does Hover accept?

Hover currently accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

Note: You cannot use PayPal to pay for transfers.

What currency do you use?

All transactions are in US dollars.

How can I update my payment information?

You can update your account billing information in the settings area within your Hover account. Click here for a step-by-step tutorial.

Can I renew a domain or email address in Hover without the account log in credentials?

Yes! If you need to renew a domain or email address right away and you have forgotten your account log in, or if you want to renew a domain or email address for a friend or family member, then you can use our no hassle renewal system at https://www.hover.com/renew

Renewals must be made prior to expiry dates for your services to continue.

 

This means that the services do NOT auto-renew?

Hi Garrett,

As long as the billing info in your account is valid and auto renew is enabled, then the services will renew a day before the expiration date. In some cases, billing information is out of date or auto renew is disabled and the renewal is not completed. As a result, a domain enters a 40 day grace period in which services can be renewed for no extra fee but the domain will be suspended until renewal.
