Reporting False Positives
To help us improve our spam filters we have included a Not Spam button in the spam folder to automatically report mistakes our filter has made. This lesson shows how to use this feature.
To report a message in your Spam folder as not spam, select the email then click on the Not Spam button.
The email will be returned to your inbox and the data will be reported to help improve our spam filtering.
