Adjust Spam Block Level
If you are receiving too much spam in your Inbox, or too many false positives in your spam folder, adjusting the spam block level may help. This tutorial will teach you how to do this.
Log into Spam Settings
First log into your email account at https://mail.hover.com using the full email address and password. Then click on the Spam section of settings.
You can then adjust the strength of the spam filtering under "Choose Spam Block Level".

You can set the level to Normal (the default), High and Very High. In this case we are going to set the filtering to High and then click on Save.
Once the setting has been saved a Completed Successfully status is displayed. Keep an eye on your spam folder, or messages being tagged as spam in your inbox, to make sure that our system is not filtering messages that are not spam. If you see false positive spam identification, try setting your filtering level lower to get a good balance between getting all of your messages and getting as little spam as possible. If you are seeing too many legitimate messages being marked as spam at the Normal or Defaut levels please click here for information on reporting the messages as false positives.

I forward all my incoming email to another address, but some emails get caught by the spam filter and put into the webmail's Spam folder.
I would like to forward everything, including the spam, so I don't have to check the webmail for false positives. However, the 'Choose Spam Block Level' setting in the webmail interface has no option to disable spam blocking altogether. I currently have it set to 'Default'.
Would it be possible to add an option to disable spam blocking?
Best regards,
Ian Abbott.

@Ian - Thanks for your question.
Email that is marked spam is never forwarded. When spam email is forwarded by our server, the destination server considers us to be the source of the spam. If we forward too much spam, other email providers will stop the spam by blocking our server. Some of our former ItsYourDomain customers may remember that our old IYD forwarding server was frequently blocked. It did zero spam filtering before forwarding and customers suffered the consequences. When big providers such as Yahoo, AOL, Comcast, etc. won't accept a single piece of email from our forwarding server, it makes the forwarding service useless for the majority of our customers.
If legitimate email is marked spam, you can add the sender's email addresses to your safe sender's list in webmail. Once a sender is marked safe, all of their email will be forwarded. Bulk email, such as newsletters, may not use consistent return paths in their email headers or spoof their from address, and for these reasons they are can be difficult to mark safe and may even be considered spam by other email providers.
The safe sender list will enable you to forward email from regular senders, but may not work well for bulk email.
Instructions on how to mark senders as safe can be found here:
