This tutorial will show you how to cancel services for a domain name or personalized email address that you do not want to renew.  Please note that existing registration time cannot be removed from a registered domain name.

Cancel a Domain Name

To cancel a domain name, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Hover account online at https://www.hover.com/signin.
    
2. If you only have one domain in your Hover account, Click on the Settings link and then click on the Domains tab to take you to your domain list.
   
   
   
   
   
    
3. Mouseover the domain name that you want to cancel and click on the cancel link.
   
   
   
4. Click Yes to confirm.
   
   
5. The domain will now show a canceled status in your list of domains.
   
   
    

Cancel a Personalized Email Address

To cancel a personalized email address, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Hover account online at https://www.hover.com/signin.
2. Select the Email tab, mouseover your primary email address for the service you do not want to keep, and then click on the cancel link.
   
    
3. Click Yes to confirm.
   
   
   
   The services will not be renewed and your personalized email address will be deleted on its expiration date.
