Upcoming Maintenance – Sunday, November 29, 2009

On Sunday, November 29, 2009 there will be a scheduled 3 hour maintenance beginning:

4:00am Greenwich Mean Time
(11:00pm Eastern Time on November 28th, 2009)

We have blocked out three hours for this maintenance, but don’t expect to use the entire time. During this time you will not be able to manage your domain name including:
- new orders
- renewals
- transfers
- dns management through your account

While Domain Management will be temporarily unavailable, your current DNS settings and established services will not be affected

Hover email services may also be impacted during this time, in that you may not be able to send or receive mail for minutes at a time during this period. 100% of all email being sent to you will be queued to ensure that no messages are lost.

Customer Forums and Ticket System

Our forums and ticketing system are being upgraded to new servers. Both the forums and the ticketing system will be unavailable for one hour. However, you can still us us tickets through emailing us directly at help@hover.com . Creating and editing tickets through the website will not be available until the maintenance is over. Creating, reading and editing forum posts and forum topics will also be offline during that time.

Our maintenance window is now closed. We were without administration and hover website service for 3 hours. The database maintenance was successful.

Once again, this did not impact the sending/receiving of email or your current DNS, WHOIS Privacy, Domain Forwarding, or Lock/Unlock Status.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for this inconvenience.
