Customer service phone queue was down for 10 minutes

Customers who tried to contact us by phone between 1:50 pm and 2:00 pm EST may have experienced longer than normal hold times. There was a power outage at our main office which temporarily prevented us from answering phone calls. No other services were affected.

Sorry for the inconvenience and for any long hold times you have may experienced.
